Requirements for Hajj and Visa:

  1. Two passport-sized photos with a white background.
  2. A current passport valid for a minimum of six months.
  3. For applicants applying by mail, include a pre-paid envelope with a registered or recorded address for the return of your valid passport. Confirm that the envelope can accommodate the weight of your shipment.
  4. Allow a week for the return of the valid passport.
  5. Vaccination Certificate: A valid vaccination certificate against meningitis is mandatory.
  6. Non-EU/Non-UK Passport Holders: Passengers with non-EU or non-UK passports must have a valid visa. Additionally, they should have been in the UK for a minimum of two months prior to applying.
  7. Children Traveling with Parent’s Passport: For children one year of age or older traveling with a parent’s passport, their photo must be officially approved by the relevant government and attached to the passport.
  8. Mehram Requirements: Every woman, whether it’s a husband, father, uncle, oldest son, brother, or older nephew, must travel with a Mehram. Applicants for Mehram status should be at least 16 years old.

  10. For applicants seeking entry into the Republic of Ireland, submit at least nine vouchers along with:

    Flight ticket and corresponding reservations for both departure and return journeys.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. If all the necessary paperwork is in order, the visa processing time is at least twenty-four hours.

  3. Passport/Depot Pickup: 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. From 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
  4. Emergency pass/drop-off pickup is available Monday through Friday from 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM.

  5. Only one visa is granted per individual. Applications are normally approved beginning on the first day of Moharram, and the deadline for applications to be received is the 15th of Ramadan.

  6. Applications for Hajj visas will be accepted beginning on March 15 and must be received by March 25 in order to be considered for the visa. Traveling pilgrims must apply ahead of time. Every season should start with a review of the rules.

  7. The validity of a visa begins on the date of issuance.

The period of residence begins the moment you land in Saudi Arabia and ends when the Hajj visa season arrives, with a maximum of two weeks.
